It’s not really a habit of mine (and the rest of Team Sugoi) to post videos in succession, but I just wanted to post this.
I woke up this morning feeling a little gloomy. Now this song always, always picks my mood up. It’s such a genki, genki song! I’m talking about Sweet Soul Revue by the sugoi Pizzicato Five.

Yes, even Gundam robots know how to shake their booties! One proof is the YMCA vid that we posted here before. The other is the below, and this time, it’s the Haruhi dance!
I also heard that there’s an Eva version too!

Well… sort of.
Nakama Yukie has a new mystery drama on TBS. Kinda like Trick but this time she plays a rookie cop partnered with another female but veteran one (Pinko Izumi ). Personally, I don’t think it can equal to Trick. What with the chemistry between her and Abe Hiroshi. Anyway the drama, Joshi Deka, will premier on October.

I originally got this from Bebe and posted it on my own blog. It is super sugoi! You need to be wearing earphones though to appreciate it. Unfortunately, the embed doesn’t work so by all means just click the link below. Enjoy!

I got this from Lifespy.com (specifically here), a great site not only for lifestyle but all other types of tips as well.
Don’t take some parts of the video seriously though. Although the basic facts and information are included in this clip, some scenes are exaggerated a bit for humor.
Learn and enjoy!
While we probably have the most “interesting” legal system in the world, we still get to find ways on how to make corrections a pretty darned funny thing. Just take a look at how the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Cebu make prison feel like Broadway.
That’s around 1,500 of Cebu’s “finest” going Jacko for you. Now maybe this would give Michael Jackson reason to finally own up to those child molestation cases so he can request to serve his sentence in Cebu and choreograph Billie Jean with these inmates.
Take a look at their renditions of Sister Act, Dayang Dayang, Jumbo Hotdog, and Bebot.
Based on the YouTube timestamps, these guys have been doing it for the past year. If this was ever featured in mainstream news, I’d have to apologize as I don’t find any reason (or time) to watch television.
Hey, why don’t we have this in Manila? And how about an all-star showdown. Feature Erap as Liberace!
Can’t beat this. Can’t touch this. (Oh yeah, MC Hammer should be next!) Only in the Philippines.

I knew it. I’m prophetic!
When I used Yamapi as an introduction to yesterday’s post, I didn’t actually realize that I’d be looking into his future. Well, sort of!

I knew it when I learned that Yamapi received the following in the 2000 Junior Awards: Best Boyfriend and Most Beautiful. Insert sweat drop here.
I’m no longer surprised that a Best Leathernist award exists. According to Sanspo.com, this one is given yearly by The Tanners’ Council of Japan to the female celebrity who looks very very good in leather. 2007 gives us Kuriyama Chiaki. Behold, the sister in leather:
