I got this from Lifespy.com (specifically here), a great site not only for lifestyle but all other types of tips as well.
Don’t take some parts of the video seriously though. Although the basic facts and information are included in this clip, some scenes are exaggerated a bit for humor.
Learn and enjoy!

Find out why this guy seems to be living in a nightmare:

There is a running joke between me and my brother which has caught on with some of my friends as well.
It all started with the movie Armageddon and a box of Kleenex. Then, it was followed by The Kid and another box of Kleenex. Oh boy, my brother, who intended to have his revenge after all the stunt I pulled out on him as a kid, decided to tease me mercilessly about my tumultuous love triangle with Bruce Willis and yes, a box of Kleenex.
Apparently, it’s all true. I watched this clip and I couldn’t help but reach once again for a box of tissue.

Okay, so whenever I think of “fat” and “Japan” I think of sumo. But get a load of this, the fattening machinery MacDonald’s is now making our ordinary Japanese friends into super sized fatsos.
Uy, akin lahat yan!
Take a load of this monster. It’s the Mega Mac. A large lard burger with 4 patties. And MacDonald’s Japan made it available this year.
Ever heard of the Okinawa Crisis? The next generation of Okinawans have gone fat on the merits of too much fast-food. Hey, isn’t Okinawa where they have the US bases? Yeah. And it still has the most fast food joints in Japan. Fast food = fat food. As a result:
Experts say that the generation that grew up eating American food is now reaching middle age overweight and at risk from diabetes. Almost 30 per cent of Okinawan men die before reaching 65, and nearly half of men in their forties are obese.

According to Japanese PR firm, Edelman, the Japanese are the top readers of blogs edging out the Americans, Koreans, Britons, and French.
In an average week, almost three quarters (74%) of the Japanese Internet users who participated in the survey said they read blogs at least once a week. This is significantly more compared to the other countries studied, with just under a half (43%) in South Korea, just under a quarter in the UK (23%) and France (22%) and just over a quarter in the USA (27%).
And I thought Pinoys are the most notorious blog readers out there (and yeah, the best Grammar Nazis and members of the Snark Patrol too). But the survey didn’t say if it included us, so maybe just maybe… Hehehe.
