2008 Britney Spears? Definitely not Sugoi. Animated version of Toxic? I guess anything other than the crazy Britney Spears would be sugoi in my book. SunUK has some pics of her upcoming video Break The Ice.
The audacious promo to forthcoming single Break The Ice is set in a futuristic world, and sees Brit depicted as a pretty, slim line superhero.
Hmm… I don’t recall the Toxic video having those scenes. Let’s just wait and see how this video turns out.

I will never ever forget this song. This was the opening theme for Kids’ War, the first Japanese daytime drama that I ever got addicted to. It also got me acquainted with Inoue Mao, who was one of the stars of the show. Anyway the song is by Zone. Too bad they’ve disbanded.

Before I get any smart-ass cracks (haha ass and cracks
) about the lyrics (shucks, opening pa lang nyahahaha), I’m already putting a defensive dislcaimer that I’m only putting the video up here because I find the animation cute. You can argue with me about the former later.

Ahhh… the Beatles of the Philippines - The Eraserheads. Loved this song. Still do. Even won this in the MTV VMA. 11 years ago? Those were the days. What was I? 5? Yeah right…

Sheila and the Insects is one of the most underrated Pinoy bands. They have been playing in the Pinoy underground rock scene since er… since. I love them so much I’m almost wishing that they retain their indie status so I can keep them to myself! But *sigh* spread the S.A.T.I. love!
Anyway, these guys from Cebu can kill those new pogi/emo bands anytime. Proof?
