Want to experience firsthand the art of *bleep*slapping? Then play this game. (Click the picture)

An online friend of mine just gave me this link while we were chatting through Yahoo! Messenger. It was because he was ranting about “always getting slapped”; so being the inquisitive guy that I am, I had to ask him about it. And he shared this game to me.

Indulge me by reading this long-winding tale before I get to the point. Thanks!
See that Slam Dunk book of illustrations above? I have one exactly like that. I actually had two but I had to donate one as a raffle prize during Ongaku Society‘s Ongaku Rewind.
I bought them in Tokyo, one for moi and the other for this org-mate who
pleaded at that time for me to buy her one and then claimed that she didn’t want it anyway when I had already shipped the darned thing (goodness!). I went out of my way to grab the last copy even if I had to shove the 6-foot high school kid who was about to grab it – okay the last bit was an exaggeration but as I said, humor me.

Good news for Arashi fans out there!
The Japanese TV network, TBS, has recently made a bold move of shuffling their prime time programs this year. This action serves to raise their ratings as TBS programs always have head-on collisions with strong drama contenders of rival companies.
TBS’ 10 pm slot on Thursdays, which used to be reserved for dramas will now be taken by a variety show to be hosted by the popular JE boy group. This means that the usual 8 pm variety slot on Saturdays will now be taken by a drama.
Changes will reflect starting this spring. O tanoshimi ni!

One of the best cross-over video game titles I have ever played so far is Monolith Soft‘s tactical/action RPG, Namco × Capcom (read as Namco Cross Capcom).
This game, which was developed by the same company associated with the Xenosaga series, featured characters from games produced by Namco and Capcom (that is if it isn’t obvious enough). It was released on May 26, 2005 in Japan, but I only got to play the game two weeks after its released. I grew impatient waiting for N×C to be distributed here in the Philippines.
