Banana Wall

Banana Wall

Ever saw those Tagalized Sesame Street episodes where they have the letter “B” and a picture of a banana and the voice over says “Titik B… Buh… Saging!”? Oh well, those probably why we have a generation of demented kids. But this post is nowhere near Sesame Street, or its horrendous Tagalized version. What you just see here is a wall of bananas. Yup, a banana wall. Attractive to chimps and banana lovers alike.

This here’s featured in an interactive exhibition by artist Stefan Sagmeister. Prior to this, it wasn’t a familiar name but with his bio indicating that he’s done album cover art for not-so-known bands like The Rolling Stones,Talking Heads and Lou Reed (Hehehe.).

Bananas. A wall of bananas. I just find it sugoi. That’s all. Read on for the press release of the exhibit.

I did this Basic Anime Rendering in Photoshop tutorial a while back. I first posted it on my DeviantArt gallery. It has received quite a number of sugoi feedback from fellow artists. Since this blog is all about sugoi stuff, I decided to repost it here.
